This class is focused on developing and expanding available ranges of motion, control and and flexibility in your body. We will be focusing on joint specific training to increase your performance, health and strength.
The class will be active and sometimes challenging but will be offered in way for you to work with in your capacity with many progressions and variations available.
This type of class has been developed to complement and fill in the gaps of what you are already doing with your strength and conditioning training.

These session are designed to improve your muscular fitness by exercising a specific muscle or muscle group against external resistance, including free-weight barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and your own body weight.
These sessions are designed to improve your overall endurance by combining cardio machines with various exercises, including rowers, air bikes, ski-ergs, running, and kettlebells .
These team-based sessions are designed to bring our community together through a fun workout to finish the week off.
Expect to work hard, expect to get sweaty and expect the unknown.
