Welcome to The Optimal Lab

what to expect

The Optimal Lab runs strength-based sessions on Mondays (lower), Wednesdays (upper) & Fridays (hybrid). Our conditioning sessions are on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Sweat Saturdaze sessions are designed to bring our community together through a fun workout.


Attending 3-5 sessions per week is recommended for maximum results.

We offer a personalised service in a group environment where we prioritise proper technique and progression. Our program is designed to meet you where you are and help you progress towards your fitness goals.

FIRST SESSION FREE

Before your CLASS

We have 6 structured training sessions per week - Our strength-based sessions run on Monday (lower body), Wednesday (upper body) and Friday (hybrid strength). Tuesdays & Thursdays we run our conditioning sessions. Our Sweat Saturdaze sessions are a team-based session designed to unite our community. 


Wear comfortable exercise gear, bring a towel and water bottle.  Please arrive 10 minutes early so one of our friendly coaches can check you into the class, show you through the studio and the class flow.

THE SESSION

All our classes run for 60 minutes. You’ll start with a warm-up, each section of the programming will be demonstrated by one of our experienced trainers who will lead you through each part of the workout, providing guidance and support along the way. 


We encourage our first timers to pair up during the class - it’s not only great motivation throughout the session but you’ll be sure to make some friends in between reps.

You can also speak to your coach to get a recommendation on  a training schedule tailored to your personal fitness goals.
