Through a seamless fusion of bodybuilding principles and functional fitness, our workouts are meticulously crafted to strike the ideal aesthetic balance and to get you strong & fit.
We have 6 structured training sessions per week:
> 2 x Strength-based sessions - Mondays (lower) & Wednesdays (upper)
> 1 x Hybrid Strength Day - Friday
> 2 x Conditioning-based sessions - Tuesdays & Thursdays
> 1 x Sweat Saturdaze - Saturday Team-Based Session
Attending 3-5 sessions per week is recommended for maximum results.
Train a 12-week block built upon the foundations of fitness, that establishes a solid foundation for long-term growth, steering away from the pursuit of short-term gains.
Our strength program incorporates both strength and hypertrophy training. Each block focuses on a specific upper and lower body compound lift and incorporates a variety of rep ranges and loads. We start and finish with a testing week allowing you to track and celebrate your progress.

The core objective of our strength-focused sessions is to promote muscle growth and enhance overall strength through isolated all-body, upper, and lower body sessions targeted at each muscle group.
Strength-based sessions are run on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

Our Hybrid strength sessions offer a comprehensive full-body workout, providing an excellent opportunity to build muscle, boost metabolism, and enhance overall fitness levels.
These sessions incorporate a mix of compound lifts, isolation exercises, explosive movements, fast intervals, and full-body burners, contributing to an increase in both anaerobic and aerobic capacity.
Tailored to enhance your overall aerobic fitness, power, and endurance, our conditioning sessions present a challenge for both cardiovascular and muscular stamina. Brace yourself for a diverse series of full-body conditioning and high-intensity exercises set to elevate your heart rate, pushing the boundaries of both your mental and physical limits.
Pairing seamlessly with our strength days, our conditioning sessions present a unique blend of sprint and engine workouts.
Conditioning sessions are run on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Experience a variety of workouts that include intervals of heightened intensity followed by ample rest for recovery and repetition.
