We will be running an equipment station at Gore Hill Oval, St Leonards for our community members.
This will offer you an opportunity to have access to equipment during this lockdown for individual or partner training in your own space/location at the oval - adhereing to social distance requirements. Please note that this is NOT group training but an opportunity for you to use equipment for one of the Online sessions or complete a pre-recorded workout.
As hire times are capped we ask that you PLEASE BOOK in for your session via The Optimal Lab app or MindBody app (links below).
If you’re unable to attend your booked time slot, please cancel your booking or let us know as soon as possible so we can open your reservation for another member.
Please bring your phone and headphones with you (which can be used to review the training video) and your own mat or towel.
We will be stationed during our set times at Gore Hill Oval rain, hail or shine.
If this is your first time with The Optimal lab and have booked an outdoor equipment hire time slot additional information will be provided to you to ensure all COVID requirements are complied by.
These session are designed to improve your muscular fitness by exercising a specific muscle or muscle group against external resistance, including free-weight barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and your own body weight.
These sessions are designed to improve your overall endurance by combining cardio machines with various exercises, including rowers, air bikes, ski-ergs, running, and kettlebells .
These team-based sessions are designed to bring our community together through a fun workout to finish the week off.
Expect to work hard, expect to get sweaty and expect the unknown.
